I will provide compassionate, non-judgemental, emotional and physical support for YOUR birth. From un-medicated to medicated, vaginal to cesarean section, homebirth to hospital birth, and everything in between, I am here to ensure YOUR birth is on YOUR terms. Because every woman and her partner deserve a beautiful experience bringing their child into this world.

before your birth

On call beginning at 38 weeks until you deliver

Unlimited email, text, and phone communication once hired and through the 6 week postpartum period

Series of emails loaded with evidence based, informative literature about pregnancy, birth and newborn care

Prenatal visit to finalize birth preferences, practice comfort measures, prepare a postpartum plan, and answer any remaining questions before your birth.

Referrals for childbirth educators, family-centered care providers, chiropractors, massage therapists, pelvic floor physical therapists, placenta encapsulators, birth photographers, and belly binding
