As your doulas, we will provide compassionate, non-judgemental, emotional and physical support for YOUR birth. From un-medicated to medicated, vaginal to cesarean section, homebirth to hospital birth, and everything in between, we are here to ensure YOUR birth is on YOUR terms. Because every woman and her partner deserve a beautiful experience bringing their child into this world.

before your birth

  • Spinning Babies® Parent Class Video to educate you and your partner about the importance of optimal baby positioning and how specific daily exercises can lead to smoother births

  • Spinning Babies® Daily Essentials Video to learn movements for comfort in pregnancy and labor

  • Unlimited email, text, and phone communication from both doulas once hired 
​
  • Two (2) Prenatal visits (Premium Package only) - one (1) Spinning Babies® Provisional Parent Educator class and one (1) birth/postpartum prep course

  • Series of emails loaded with informative literature about pregnancy, birth and newborn care​

  • Referrals for childbirth educators, family-centered care providers, chiropractors, massage therapists, pelvic floor physical therapists, placenta encapsulators, birth photographers, and belly binding

At your birth

  • *the doula on call will attend your birth (only one doula present at the birth with the other as built in back up)

After your birth

  • Expert breastfeeding guidance and support including correct latch/positions and troubleshooting
​
  • Available for answering questions up to 6 weeks postpartum
​
  • Postpartum visit (Premium Package only - the doula that attended your birth will do the postpartum visit)
​
  • Education on newborn care and calming including Happiest Baby on the Block technique and newborn massage
​
  • Assist with baby wearing safety and techniques
​
  • Referrals for postpartum counseling
